The Insider North West Property Awards 2025 took place on 15th May at Manchester Central, bringing together leading figures from across the region’s property and construction sectors. The event recognised standout achievements from agencies, developers, contractors, architects, and consultants who have made a significant impact over the past year.
Orbit Developments was pleased to be involved in the evening as a sponsor, supporting the Office Agency Team of the Year category. The award went to the JLL Manchester Office Agency Team, acknowledging their strong performance and contributions to the North West office market.
Rhys Owen, Leasing Director for South and Central Manchester at Orbit Developments, presented the award on the night. “It’s great to see the industry come together to recognise the hard work and progress being made across the region,” he said.
