The nation’s favourite coffee shop brand Costa have opened a2,500 sq ft new store at Cheadle Hulme Shopping Centre, which isowned and managed by South Manchester based landlord OrbitDevelopments.
The brand new store which opened its doors on the25th October has been a welcome addition in the localcommunity with people queuing out of the door on opening day. TheCheadle Hulme store can seat 108 people, making the unit one of thelargest in the area.
Cheadle Hulme Shopping Centre has served the local community formore than 40 years and currently has a multitude of tenantsincluding retailers ASDA, Co-op Travel and reputable Monkhouse’swho offer a range of school wear and sportswear.
Shahzad Ahmed Costa franchisee for the Cheadle Hulme storecommented: “We have been looking at opening within Cheadle Hulmefor some time. We snapped the unit up when it became available dueto the prominence of the store fronting Station Road.”
He went onto say: “So far the store has been a real success andwe had over 1,000 people through the doors on the first two days ofopening. We plan to hold local community events in the store overthe coming months and hope to offer something for everyone whowants to enjoy the Costa experience”.

The Costa store will be open 7 days a week:
Mon – Fri – 7am – 8pm
Saturdays – 7.30am – 6.00pm
Sunday – 9.00 am – 6.00pm
