Orbit Developments has announced two new lettings in Bolton toStephensons Solicitors LLP and Handelsbanken at Sefton House,Middlebrook and The Courtyard, The Valley respectively.
Top 100 law firm, Stephensons, has taken 5,620 sq ft on thefirst floor of Sefton House at a headline rental of £14 per sq ftalong with 24 car parking spaces. The firm is expanding toMiddlebrook with the relocation of its commercial teams.
Handelsbanken which has over 700 branches worldwide and over 80in Great Britain, has taken the whole of the 1,735 sq ft firstfloor at 6 The Courtyard at a headline rental of £12 per sq ft withnine car parking spaces.
