Following plans of expansion and growth, Approved Inspectors Align Group have relocated their offices to Southgate Business Park in Heald Green.

The business park owned by Orbit Developments has recently undergone internal and external refurbishment with a new range of small office suites created in Southgate 2 and remodelling of the reception areas in all buildings.

Align specialise in providing expert advice for building control and structural engineering in domestic, commercial, retail, educational and industrial sectors.

Andrew Graham, Director of Align Group commented:
‘As we spend so much of our time visiting sites across the North-West and sometimes further afield, the location was key when it came to choosing our new offices. It was essential we were situated close to motorway networks with extensive car parking facilities and the offices at Southgate fit the bill perfectly.’

‘We have big plans for growth in the future and hope to open regional offices in the coming years. We had to ensure that we have access to a large pool of talent for recruitment so being situated between Cheadle and Wilmslow is ideal as both offer opportunities for recruitment and fantastic public transport connections.’

Previously based at Manchester Airport, the company decided to relocate after deciding to expand the business.
