Aintree Racecourse Retail and Business Park has enjoyed a bumper12 months on its business park with lettings secured from sixtenants from around the UK.
New operators to locate to the business park include GSF CarParts who have over 70 branches in operation with over 1,000employees, PH Jones Ltd, National Lighting, Chadburns PT Ltd andGreenfox Solutions. Existing tenants Eriks Industrial Services haveexpanded into a larger facility.
Another 27, 500 sq ft of industrial space is currently inadvanced discussions with three separate operators.
Dennis Dwyer, Divisional Director at Orbit Developments who ownthe site, commented: “It’s fair to say that the market hasbeen tougher than in recent years but businesses are still outthere looking for space if the property fits their specificrequirements. We have continued the successes of previous years andsecured lettings across the board with national and localoperators, while also enabling continued growth for our existingtenants.”

The development currently has business/trade counter unitsavailable to let ranging from 2,680 sq ft to 63,379 sq ft. Thereare also office accommodation suites available on site ranging from100 sq ft to 6,000 sq ft.
