Orbit Developments has refurbished a number of units at Academy,suitable for a variety of uses including warehousing, production,and industrial together with ancillary office space. Units rangefrom 2,680 sq ft to 104,775 sq ftin size and could be leased as an entire industrial site, or splitup as required.
Commercial property agency Mason Owen has been instructed tomarket industrial premises by Orbit Developments. At the entranceto Knowsley Industrial Park, 384,843 sq ft of space is nowavailable to rent at Academy BusinessPark in Lees Road.
