As 2025 draws to a close, we’re proud to share our wrap video showcasing some of the most exciting office and industrial refurbishments we’ve completed this year. Each project reflects a growing trend in workplace design: companies are increasingly focused on creating environments that feel like a “home from home,” offering staff collaborative, inspiring spaces that encourage connection, creativity, and wellbeing.
We began with Norcliffe House, where the entire 1st floor—6,996 sq. ft—was transformed into a fitted workspace. The refurbishment includes a mix of offices and meeting rooms, a kitchen breakout area, and an additional brew point, making it a versatile and welcoming environment.
In the heart of Manchester, No1 St Ann’s refurbished was so impressive that it was snapped up before our video was even finished. This corner office epitomises the demand for beautifully designed, ready-to-go spaces.
Back in Wilmslow, Sandfield House’s 1st floor was updated to offer 4,847 sq. ft of exposed open-plan office space complemented by three meeting rooms and a stylish kitchen/breakout area. Wooden slats and flooring add warmth and character, making it ready for immediate occupation. Sandfield is located in the heart of Wilmslow and has great on-site parking.
In Stockport’s vibrant Underbanks area, 1 St Peters provides a modern, dynamic workspace. With a bar in the kitchen, a pool table, and booth seating, this 3,960 sq. ft office is designed for companies that value collaboration and culture as much as productivity.
Bolton’s Futura One underwent a complete overhaul, creating six small suites based around a central glass atrium, all on trend with black ceilings and linear lighting. The building also offers a bookable meeting room, kitchen breakout, and proximity to Middlebrook Retail & Leisure Park. Four of the six suites have already been taken, with two remaining at 1,416 sq. ft and 1,382 sq. ft.
On Cross Street in Sale is Cavendish House with floorplates of 7,265 sq. ft. This refurbished space offers a kitchen/breakout area, the building features a garden room with a coffee lounge and Peloton suite. The boardroom, positioned at the front, offers impressive views to the front elevation. There is also EV charging and bike storage.
Britannia Business Park, Bolton
Our video also highlights industrial refurbishments, starting with Britannia Business Park. This 16,749 sq. ft warehouse was opened up by removing the mezzanine, featuring freshly painted industrial floorcovering, LED lighting, roller shutter doors, and office accommodation—all within a secure site.
Although already taken, Unit E1 in Stanley Green deserves a mention. The 5,920 sq. ft space offered its own parking and yard area, right in the heart of Stanley Green. This was refurbished both externally and internally with new flooring, carpets, new kitchen and toilets, and externally was painted and cladded. Although this one has been taken, two other units in the area (Unit E8 and Unit D2) are currently available.
Finally, the 8th floor of Regent House was revitalised with a new kitchen/breakout space, meeting room, and booth seating. Exposed concrete introduces an urban character, aligning the office with modern design trends. We have space here from 194 sq. ft.
A New Era of Workspaces
These refurbishments reflect a broader shift in workplace expectations. Companies are no longer satisfied with traditional office layouts—they want spaces that entice employees back to the office, foster collaboration, and feel welcoming. From breakout areas and coffee lounges to pool tables and Peloton suites, the workplaces of 2025 are designed to inspire.
