LOCATION
Knowsley Industrial Park is 7.5 miles north east of Liverpool city centre and 1 mile north east of junction 5 of the M57 at the intersection with the East Lancs (A580). The regional motorway network is accessed via the A5207 to the M57 and then on to the M58, M6 or M62.
Manchester and Liverpool Airports are both within easy driving distance offering a full range of facilities for both passengers and cargo. The ports of Liverpool and Freeport offer surface freight facilities to America, Africa and the Far East. The rail freight terminal linking into Europe is at Seaforth (Liverpool). The surrounding area is a mixture of industrial and residential development.
