DESCRIPTION
The site comprises several large industrial units and covered roadways, with ancillary buildings, office space and hard standing areas. The site is surrounded by palisade fencing amd the security lodge at the site entrance provides security for the site and 24 hour access.
The units are of varying multi-pitch design and of steel and brick construction with eaves heights ranging from 3.17 metres to 4.75 metres.
