The Valley is located at the head of St Peter's Way (A666), the main arterial route into Bolton providing a directlink to the M61/ M60 / M62 / M602 regional motorways and to the national motorways network.

The surrounding areas offer an abundance of local shopping and other facilities, including a largepool of skilled labour and good public transport services. Rail links at Bolton Central Station are close at hand and Manchester Airport lies within approximately 30 minutes drive time.
