DESCRIPTION
Parkway 3 offers 25,000 sq ft of accommodation over three floors. This accommodation is available from single person offices to the whole building. The suites are newly carpeted throughout with new suspended ceilings and LGIII or CATII lighting, raised floors throughout, two DDA passenger lifts, double height manned reception area, double glazed windows, comfort cooling throughout, perimeter heating. A full refurbishment has been carried out to both the common parts and the suites themselves.
Orbit has established a FREE shuttle service which runs between the business park and the city centre, routes and destinations may be extended. Orbit has also installed Cafe on the Park which offers a range of snacks, sandwiches and drinks thru-out the day.
