55 King Street, formerly the regional headquarters of the National Westminster Bank plc, provides a unique opportunity for companies or individuals to store items in vaults where gold bullion was originally stored.
The flexibility and versatility of the facilities mean that all possible requirements can be met. The outer perimeter walls are constructed of reinforced concrete. The storage areas provide individual units with the overall accommodation offering more than 12,000 sq. ft. Currently circa 5,000 square feet of secure archive space is available.
Archive space is available either on 12-month licence agreements. Longer lease terms are also available.
