OFFICE DEALS IN WILMSLOW MOTOR ON - December 2009
Pentland House in Wilmslow has just 1,500 sqft of office space remaining following the two recent lettings to JTK Automotive and Version One. Totalling over 6,000 sqft, the two companies now occupy the whole of the first floor, leaving only two ground floor suites of the 12,347 sqft building available.

Owned by British Car Auctions, JTK Automotive has taken 2,390 sq ft of office space on the first floor. Offering a range of automotive solutions including, E-Auctions, inventory management and part exchange schemes the company has taken a five year lease at the property.
Founded 20 years ago, Version One are set to double their current employee number to 53 and General Manager Julian Buck said the relocation to Pentland House was an expression of Version One’s serious growth plans.
Pentland House is situated within Summerfield Village Centre, offering excellent nearby amenities and convenient access to the A34. Wilmslow town centre is just one mile away and Manchester Airport is easily reached by car in under ten minutes.
