PENNANT FOR PARKWAY HOUSE - April 2010
Orbit Developments has welcomed new tenants Pennant Information Services to Parkway House in Northenden. Leasing 4310 sq ft of office space, Pennant has now relocated 40 staff from Styal to the office building.
Pennant’s operations manager, Tom Daniels said: “We wanted to relocate our Manchester operation to a more convenient location and Parkway House ticked all of the boxes for us due to its close proximity to the motorway network, Manchester Airport and the City Centre.
Parkway House is a modern three-storey building, set in mature landscaped grounds. Marketed by Canning O’Neill, the building provides high quality office accommodation with easy access to Didsbury, Manchester Airport and Stockport.
“We were also impressed with the building and its facilities, which include a dedicated onsite building manager, ample onsite car parking and landscaped grounds, making Parkway House a welcoming building for our international clients to visit.” He added.
Zoë Kirk, regional office manager at Orbit Developments said: “We are delighted to welcome Pennant to the Orbit portfolio. Parkway House is ideal for Pennant’s business commuting between regional offices and its strategic position was one of the main reasons they selected the building.”
