Orbit Developments attracts high profile tenant to 55 King Street

Orbit Developments have secured global insurance company W.R. Berkley Insurance (Europe) Ltd at its Grade A office building, 55 King Street.

The letting of 1,800 sq ft takes the remainder of the 3^rd floor following the letting of 8,997 sq ft to Manchester based architects, Fairhurst Design Group last year.

55 King Street is now fully let except the 6^th floor which is currently undergoing a significant refurbishment program. Works are expected to complete in February and will offer Grade A specification offices, consisting of small office suites from 187 sq ft up to larger suites of 3,272 sq ft.
