Emerson Management Services provide all aspects of building and estate management for a substantial mixed UK portfolio. The range of properties extends to major office developments; mixed business centres incorporating light industrial units; retail and leisure parks, residential developments and district shopping centres.
One of the largest private companies of its kind operating from the Group's head office in Alderley Edge and currently manages in excess of 4,500,000 sq ft of commercial and residential property throughout the UK.
A team of experienced Surveyors is complemented by an in-house financial and administrative team handling both client correspondence and property accounting. Externally, Building Managers and Security Staff ensure the management and security levels are maintained to the highest levels. Teams of directly employed maintenance personnel ensure the fabric of the building and external landscaping are maintained to exacting standards.
Building and public safety is taken very seriously and as a consequence many of the sites enjoy 24-hour security together with monitored CCTV and access control surveillance systems. This is further augmented by the Group's Central Response Centre, manned 24-hours a day for the reporting and handling of all emergencies outside normal working hours. The division also markets existing available portfolio space and operates a number of serviced office centres where clients can take advantage of all office services including reception staff, telephones, photocopier and fax for a competitive monthly charge.
