Orbit Developments is the commercial division of The Emerson Group and was established in 1971 by Peter Emerson Jones.  Since then we have grown to be one of the country's largest private commercial property development and investment companies, operating in the North West and South East of England and the USA with an extensive portfolio of over 200 buildings and 2000 tenants across 7.5 million sq ft.

Orbit Developments, Managing Director Tony Jones, heads an experienced team that manages a seamless provision of all services, direct to our customers. Regional offices and area designated surveyors provide immediate contact, continuity and allow for long-standing relationships to be formed with our customers.

In the UK alone we have just under 3 million sq ft of office space and provide offices to let throughout the North West of England. Our offices are located in towns and cities such as Manchester, Stockport, Macclesfield, Wilmslow and Bolton. Orbit Southern provides offices to let in the South East of England, including offices to let at Heathrow Airport.

The current UK portfolio consists of over 6.5 million square feet combining:
